At MDS Tele-Services we not only provide telemarketing services to generate enquiries, we will also make appointments for out clients to meet prospective customers. This can be done either by the client providing a diary of available dates and times or by a handover orf the prospective customer details to our client when the telemarketing has reached an appointment stage. Allowing our client to make the arrangements at a suitable time for themselves and the prospect. This then provides the opportunity for our clients to speak to the contact and make arrangements a time suitable to both parties. |
