After the relocation to our purpose built office in October 2009, MDS Services immediately found an improvement in business and efficiency.

 Gone were the days of dashing back to the garage to collect the correct vehicle for a courier delivery.  The telemarketing and courier operations were all moved to the site occupied today and continue to operate in tandem.

 Telemarketing contracts have been as diverse as ever with MDS Telemarketing happily working to promote interesting services ranging from Cranes and Lifting gear, Temperature Control Units, IT Services, Thermal Insulation and anything in between. 

 Rachel joined the team in June, happily fitting in and meeting the diverse challenges at MDS. In addition to using her telemarketing skills Rachel also works alongside Dave to promote the courier service and handles enquiries when he is not available.

 Dave and Marilyn are again travelling to Austria in January to deliver yet another interesting consignment for one of our courier clients.

 Dave continues to be busy with deliveries for solicitors, accountants, manufacturers and munitions suppliers, couriering anything from a small envelope to a transit van load as required. Last summer our courier even delivered a wedding ring and later in the year arranged the delivery of an armoured vehicle!

 Christmas Eve saw Dave travelling the length of the A1 firstly to Berwick on Tweed and back and then in the evening to London and back.

 New Years Eve saw him visiting Cardiff to make a delivery for a customer.

 Here at MDS Services we are looking forward to 2011 being as busy if not busier than 2010 and wish all our clients a happy and prosperous New Year.
